If a post mixes photos and videos, every item is listed, so you can save just the video or everything at once.
How to download from Instagram

Open Instagram and find the post you want to save.

Tap the paper-plane icon (or ⋯), then Copy link.

Paste the link in the box above. We find the media automatically.

Choose a quality and tap Download. The file saves to your device.
