Instagram doesn't let you save other people's Reels or photos to your gallery. Paste a link to a public post and you can save every Reel, video and photo in it, including each slide of a carousel.
How to download from Instagram

Open Instagram and find the post you want to save.

Tap the paper-plane icon (or ⋯), then Copy link.

Paste the link in the box above. We find the media automatically.

Choose a quality and tap Download. The file saves to your device.
What you can save
- Reels and videos in their best available quality
- Photos in full size
- Carousels: every slide, separately or as one ZIP
- The audio of a Reel as its own file
Good to know
- Posts from private accounts can't be downloaded.
- Stories and highlights need a login, so they aren't supported.
- Instagram sometimes limits our server for a few minutes at busy times.
